Setup grill for 2 zone grilling and light. Allow about 15 minutes to preheat.
While the grill is preheating, butterfly the sausages and slice the rolls on half.
Place the butterflied sausages on the grill, directly over the coals to achieve grill marks and warm through. Flip often.
Move the sausages to an indirect part of the grill and top each with a slice of cheese. Put the lid on the grill and allow the cheese to melt, about 2 minutes. Once the cheese is melted, remove the sausages from the grill.
Melt the butter and mix in the seasoning.
Arrange the bottom half of each roll on a sheet of foil. Brush the inside bottom with ½ of the mixture.
Place 1 sausage on each bottom. Place the tops of the rolls on to caver the sausages. Brush with the remaining butter mixture.
Wrap the sliders in foil. Place on the grill in an indirect area of the grill. Place the lid on the grill and allow the rolls to heat through (about 10 minutes).
Remove from the grill.
