Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

Split the loaf of French Bread lengthwise.

Place the bottom loaf on a parchment lined sheet pan.

Smear the bottom of the bread with ½ cup of marinara sauce.

Layer on the Pineapple Sausage coins, pineapple chunks, the remaining marinara, and cheese.

Slide the pan into the oven and bake until the cheese is melted and the sandwich is warmed through, 15-20 minutes. Remove from the oven.

Cover with the top half of the French bread loaf.

Slice and serve.
