Spicy Sausage Chicken Cobb Salad

Directions

  1. Add the soy sauce, olive oil and honey to a bowl. Whisk to combine, then add the chicken and cover in sauce. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. Preheat air fryer to 360. Brush the outside of the chicken with oil, then add to the air fryer basket. Air fry for 15 minutes, flipping halfway. Larger breasts will need additional time to cook through. Remove, and set on a plate to rest for 5 minutes.

  3. While chicken is resting, divide the greens evenly between two medium bowls. Add to each bowl, half of the avocado, half of the tomatoes, half of the cucumber, half of the onion, 1/2 of the feta, 1 egg and half of the sausage. Set aside.

  4. Slice the chicken and add one serving to each bowl.

  5. Enjoy!

  3. 2 tablespoon honey
  4. 2 small chicken breasts
  5. 3 cups greens of choice
  6. 1 avocado, chopped or sliced
  7. 1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  8. 1/2 cup sliced cucumber
  9. 1/2 cup sliced red onion
  10. 1/2 cup feta or blue cheese
  11. 2 hard boiled egg, sliced
  12. 1 spicy mango sausage, sliced
