On a grill, with a cast iron skillet placed directly over high heat, cook the sausages until browned.
Move the sausages from the skillet and place on the warm side of the grill.
Add bacon to the hot skillet and cook until crispy.
Remove the bacon from the hot skillet.
Add eggs to the hot skillet and cook over easy.
Place hot link on a bun, topped with the egg and bacon.
Garnish with cilantro or chives & enjoy!
