Prepare rice according to package directions. Rice typically takes about 20 minutes to cook. Once the rice is finished, begin cooking the sausages. This will go fast.
Slice the pineapple sausages into ½” pieces.
Preheat a wok or other heavy pan, over high heat.
Add the oil and Pineapple Sausage pieces. Sautee until the sausage is browned on all sides.
Drain the can of crushed pineapple and add to the sausage.
Add the Bulgogi sauce.
Heat the sauce through.
Serve along side or over a bed of the rice. Spoon any extra sauce over the top.
