Hot Link Paella

Directions

  1. Preheat a dutch oven, or other heavy pan, over high heat.

  2. Add the olive oil onions and Hot Link sausages. Sautee until the onions are soft and the Hot Links are browned.

  3. Pour in the bag of frozen Seafood Paella, mix with the sausages and onions. Cover and cook on high for 3-4 minutes.

  4. Remove the lid and while stirring, continue to cook until the rice is done, and the shrimp are opaque.

  5. Serve with lime wedges. Makes 2 servings.

Ingredients

  1. 2 Evergood Louisiana Brand Hot Link sausages (sliced in ¼” coins)
  2. 1 package frozen Seafood Paella (Trader Joe’s was used for this cook)
  3. 1 tbs Olive Oil
  4. ½ cup diced Sweet Onion
  5. Lime Wedges
