Hot Link Pigs in a Blanket

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375℉.

  2. Unroll the dough and separate into 4 rectangles.

  3. Lay one Hot Link sausage at one end of one of the dough rectangles and roll the dough to surround the hot link, only leaving the ends exposed. Place on an ungreased baking sheet.

  4. Melt the butter and add the seasoning. Mix well. Using this mixture, brush the top of each dough wrapped sausage with this mixture.

  5. Sprinkle the tops of each dough wrapped sausage with cheese.

  6. Bake in the oven for 11-13 minutes or until the dough is golden brown.

  7. Serve with yellow mustard or your favorite condiment. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  1. 1 pkg Louisiana Brand, Hot Link Sausages
  2. 1 tube Cresent Roll dough
  3. ½ cup shredded Pepper Jack Cheese
  4. 1 tbs Butter
  5. 1 tsp of your favorite simple Steak Seasoning (think Salt, Pepper, and Garlic)
  6. Mustard or your favorite condiment to serve.
