Allow pizza dough to sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Remove the dough from the bag onto a lightly floured board. Divide in half. Reserve one half for another use or double the recipe to make 8 wrapped sausages. Stretch out the dough to about 1/4" thick. Using a pizza cutter, cut into 1/2" strips.
Starting at one end of the sausage, wrap around the sausage from one end to the other. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet. They should not be touching.
Scramble the egg and water together to make an egg wash.
Brush the dough wrapped sausages with the egg wash. This will help the seasoning stick and the dough brown nicely.
Generously sprinkle with the Everything But the Bagel Sesame Seasoning Blend.
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the oven and serve; serve as is or with mustard or marinara sauce.
