Setup grill for 2 zone grilling and light. Allow about 15 minutes to preheat to about 350°F.
While the grill is preheating, prepare your ingredients. Slice the sausages in ¼ - ½” coins. Rinse the green beans and potatoes. Trim the stems from the green beans.
Once the coals are hot, place your Dutch oven over the coals to pre-heat for sautéing. Once hot add 2 tbs oil and the sausage coins. Stirring often, cook the sausage until browned on both sides. Remove the sausages.
Move the Dutch oven to the indirect area on the grill. Add the potatoes, green beans, and then the sausages on top. Add 3-4 cups of Chicken broth, be sure the potatoes and beans are covered.
Put the lid on the Dutch oven, close the grill and cook until the potatoes are tender (about 45-60 minutes).
Stir to mix.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve using a slotted spoon. Enjoy!
