Setup grill for 2 zone grilling and light. Allow about 20 minutes to preheat to about 400°F.
While the grill is preheating, halve the jalapeno peppers lengthwise and remove the seeds and rib. Split the sausages lengthwise and then cut in half.
Mix the softened cream cheese with cheddar cheese.
Build the poppers. For each jalapeno half, fill with a tablespoon of the cheese mixture, top with a piece of the sausage and wrap with a piece of bacon.
Place the poppers on an indirect area of the grill and cook until the cheese is melted and the bacon is crisp; about 30 minutes.
Remove from the grill and serve.
